Booking:
A signed bridal/booking contract and your deposit are required to secure a date. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The remaining balance will be made on the date of the event if in the salon/studio and 48 hours before any travel services.
Consultation:
Consultations and trials are available to be booked for all bridal and non-bridal appointments. It’s is based on an hourly rate fee.
Preparing for your appointment(s):
– Hair must be 100 percent dry; there will be a 25$ blow-dry fee for wet hair.
-hair should be clean and semi-straight or blow-dried straight.
-if you have curly hair, it must be smoothened out properly; if you require someone to blow dry it for you, make sure to let us know upon booking so we can properly time your appointment(s)
-clip-in extensions must be semi-clean, brushed out, and 100 percent dry as well.
-come with no makeup on.
-for smooth makeup application, prep your skin before your appointment.

Delays:
A late fee of $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes late. And you can be turned away with the loss of deposit after 1 hour late.
Travel fees:
Travel fee is a flat rate for any travel service. Each artist will require a separate travel fee to make up for the time lost in the studio. Travels over a 30-minute drive will be charged an additional fee depending on location.
Travel out of Edmonton will be quoted upon request.
Parking fee:
A valet parking charge will be added to your cost if traveling to a hotel.
Liability:
All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every client. Makeup products are hypoallergenic. The client must report any allergies and/or skin conditions to their artist prior to application. It may require you to bring your makeup.
Change of artist:
In the event of illness, neglect, death, or termination of a requested artist. You will be provided with another qualified artist to take her place.
Cancellation policy:
All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any change to date and time must be made a minimum of one before. If the event gets canceled before the minimum cancellation time required we will put your deposit towards another service or hold for a one-year credit. Any cancellation less the one month before the event, you will lose your deposit.
Pandemic policy:
If a sudden pandemic occurs. Or government-ordered restrictions that stop the event we will transfer your deposit to a new date. Or you can use the deposit towards another service in the salon. The deposit will still be nonrefundable
